The dress code for the wedding ceremony and reception is cocktail attire. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes as there are stairs throughout the venue and bringing a sweater or jacket for the evening. Guests are welcome to wear any color though we encourage you to wear earthy greens and shades of yellow to match our theme. The dress code for the Welcome Party on Friday night is semi-formal, which is less formal than cocktail attire, but more formal than casual.

Weather is typically warm (75-90 F) during the day, and cools down (50-60 F) at night.

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dancing will take place outdoors. Dinner will take place indoors.

If you received an invitation that lists "and guest" then yes your plus one is welcome to join us.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be adults-only.

We highly recommend guests take the wedding shuttle which will depart from the Grand Summit Hotel and Sundial Lodge and drop guests off at the venue. Later in the evening, the shuttles will take guests from the venue back to the two hotels. See Transportation page for exact shuttle times/schedule. Guests can also take Uber or Lyft to and from the wedding venue. Lastly, there is an extremely limited amount of parking at the house, which will be require guests to park on the street and walk down a small hill.

There is a large parking lot at the Welcome Party venue (Glenwild Golf Club and Spa), so guests are welcome to drive or take Uber/Lyft.

We know almost everyone is traveling from afar to join us in Park City, so your presence at our wedding is the best gift we can ask for.

Please plan to be seated at the venue by 3:45pm. The ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm.

The Friday night Welcome Party starts at 6pm, however even if you aren't able to arrive right at 6pm we still encourage guests to come. There will be drinks and a buffet style dinner open throughout the evening, so even if your flight is a bit delayed, please come!

There is no official end time to the reception and we plan to party into the night (one of the major benefits of our venue being a private home)! There will be a shuttle back to the hotels around 10pm, however we encourage guests to keep partying with us as late as they want! There is a fire pit and pool which we plan to use in the late hours as we keep the party going.
