We recommend guests fly into Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC). The hotels and wedding venue are a ~45 minute drive from the SLC airport. Uber and Lyft rideshares are available and commonly used for transport from the SLC airport to the Park City area. If you are planning to spend more time in Park City beyond the wedding, we recommend renting a car for the weekend.

Option 1: Shuttle

We have arranged for two shuttles to transport guests between the hotels and the wedding venue. One shuttle will pick up/drop-off guests at the Grand Summit Hotel and one shuttle will pick up/drop-off guests at the Sundial Lodge. As the reception is winding down, the shuttles will make multiple trips between the wedding venue, the Grand Summit Hotel, and the Sundial lodge to take guests home for the night.

Shuttle Schedule:

Depart Grand Summit Lodge: 3:20pm

Depart Sundial Lodge: 3:20pm

Depart Wedding Venue: 9pm, 9:30pm, 10pm, 10:45pm (shuttles will make loops between the venue and the hotels, so these times are approximate). The LAST shuttle will be at 10:45pm. If you miss that one, Uber and Lyft are available.

Option 2: Uber/Lyft

This is an easy option if you prefer your own vehicle or if you miss the shuttle. There is a gate house you must stop at to enter the neighborhood and tell the guard your name (which will be on the list).

Option 3: Drive

Parking at the wedding venue is extremely limited and will require guests to park on the street and walk down a hill to the venue. There is a gate house you must stop at to enter the neighborhood (tell them your name, it will be on the list). We strongly request that guests to take Uber or Lyft or the shuttle and limit parking at the house as much as possible.
